Biocom is a qualified company specialized in the production of auxiliary insects to support agriculture.

Our objective is the development and continuous improvement of the production and distribution processes in order to ensure the best quality of the products. We put all the attention in giving an optimal service in the entire product chain until it reaches the customer in the field. This is achieved thanks to a relationship based on trust between producer and distributor where the common objective is farmer satisfaction.

Faced with the growing demand for organic products, coupled with the efforts of the administrations to promote more environmentally friendly agriculture, it encourages us to offer biological solutions to existing problems in crops.

El Center for Industrial Technological Development (CDTI), within the framework of its program NEOTEC, has awarded Biocom a grant of €250,000 to carry out the project "Innovative hoverfly species, keys to the implementation of strategies for the biological control of the aphid infestation", which will be carried out during the years 2022 and 2023. The CDTI It is a public entity dependent on the Ministry of Science and Innovation which seeks to promote innovation and technological development in Spanish companies.

PROGRAMME TO PROMOTE THE INITIAL INDEFINITE RECRUITMENT OF VULNERABLE GROUPS

Bio Control del Mediterráneo, S.L. committed to the employability of vulnerable groups in our Community, and in this sense, in 2021 proceeded to the initial indefinite hiring of two workers for which two grants have been received from the Generalitat Valenciana-LABORA (Servei Valencia d'Ocupació and Formació) for an amount of €23,940.00 respectively, as part of the subsidy programme to promote the initial indefinite hiring of vulnerable groups in the territorial scope of the Comunidad Valenciana.

PROGRAMME PROMOTING THE CONVERSION OF TEMPORARY CONTRACTS TO INDEFINITE

Bio Control del Mediterráneo, S.L. bets on the employability of vulnerable groups of our Community, and in this sense, in 2021 it proceeded to the conversion to indefinite of a worker with temporary contract for which it has received an aid of 13,300 €from the Generalitat Valenciana-LABORA (Servei Valencia d'Ocupació y Formació), as part of the programme to promote the conversion to indefinite of temporary contracts of certain vulnerable groups in the territory of the Comunidad Valenciana.
